Add release workflow and changie #57

Closes #56

This PR introduces changie and the release workflow using goreleaser for milestone closing

Notes

The secrets for releasing already are shared to this repo 🥳
I added a single changelog for the release, but can also go back and add in more detailed ones if needed.
