Potential Impact

This issue is to track the impact on and fixes to the Terraform AWS Provider from the following differences between the aws-iso-b partition and the public, commercial aws partition (aka "standard partition"). (This limitation may also apply to aws-iso.)

• If you want to set up a JDBC or ODBC connection, you can download and install the appropriate driver from aws-iso-b locations.
• If you want to perform the tutorials in the Amazon Redshift documentation, you must download the sample data from the following locations:
