Description

Add new resource for Amazon Kendra Index.

Additional notes

• ARN is used to update tags. However, the DescribeIndex does not return it. Hence, the ARN is constructed manually following the pattern arn:${Partition}:kendra:${Region}:${Account}:index/${IndexId} that is stated at the AWS documentation
• UpdateIndex supports arguments like CapacityUnits and DocumentMetadataConfigurationUpdates that CreateIndex does not support. These 2 arguments can be supported in a separate resource. Hence, in this resource, it will only Read these as attributes and now allow users to configure them.
