Tags propagation from AWS Synthetics aws_synthetics_canary to Lambda function

Description

When I create resource "aws_synthetics_canary" I would expect that tags set in this resource will be propagated to Lambda function which actually is a runtime environment of those synthetics.

I think it should be a default behavior of this resource definition, but it can be new flag like: "propagate_tags_to_lambda"
