r/aws_kinesis_analytics_application: Deprecate resource #36582

Applications created with the aws_kinesis_analytics_application resource can be managed via the kinesisanalyticsv2 service. Deprecate the aws_kinesis_analytics_application resource and provide a migration path to the aws_kinesisanalyticsv2_application resource.
