GuardDuty EC2 Runtime Monitoring #36673

Today, AWS announces the general availability of Amazon GuardDuty EC2 Runtime Monitoring.

Requires AWS SDK for Go v1.51.10: https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws/pull/36643.

This is just a documentation update for the aws_guardduty_organization_configuration_feature resource.
