[Enhancement]: Add support for AWS Direct Connect SiteLink - For hosted VIFs #39191

Description

SiteLink support was added via Issue 22187. At that time, support was not added for hosted VIFs. Refer comment.

SiteLink is currently supported on hosted VIFs, and hence this request.
