Details

We recently upgraded from 1.2.5 to 1.8.3 and we learned that this change invalidates VCR cassettes widely. We should create some documentation describing how to perform the upgrade and re-record cassettes en masse, and how to navigate possible problems like automation timing out.

From triage: repo wiki would be a good place for now.
