Since April 19, 2024 we have to have this parameter in the resource. Otherwise, terraform wants to set "primary_language" for all groups to "null" #479

Expected Behavior

What should have happened? Until April 19, 2024 we did not need an optional parameter "primary_language = "en_US"" in the resource "googleworkspace_group_settings".

Actual Behavior

What actually happened? Since April 19, 2024 we have to have this parameter in the resource. Otherwise, terraform wants to set "primary_language" for all groups to "null".
