Enhancement Request: Orbstack Provider #13256

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Orbstack is a new product under development with both a GUI and CLI for MacOS that can run x86 virtual machines using Rosetta 2. No Vagrant provider can do this.

Describe the solution you'd like A vagrant provider for orbstack would be very useful and valuable, allowing use of x86 images on M-chips and allowing for testing and usage on the most common target platform.

Describe alternatives you've considered VMware, VirtualBox, Parallels. None of these can run x86 virtual machines and are unlikely to add support. VMware Tech Preview has been stagnant, and VirtualBox has removed the download for Apple Silicon. Only Orbstack is putting efforts into using Rosetta 2.
