Configure a Vault Policy which only allows read access to the secret defined in the first task

Tasks

Define a Vault policy which grants read access to a secret
Assign the policy to the user created in the previous step
Authenticate with that user and see that they have restricted access to the secret
Modify the policy adding write access and see how this changes things
