A few small housekeeping changes squashed into one PR:
Update module path org from fhitchen to hashicorp, so it's now github.com/hashicorp/vault-plugin-database-couchbase
go mod tidy and remove the github.com/hashicorp/vault module dependency I noticed while doing so (only api and sdk should be imported by other projects)
Introduce similar Makefile/shell scripts as other database plugins to speed up running it locally (use make dev)
