Helm: support setting VaultAuthGlobalRef on VaultAuth #851

Add support for configuring the default VaultAuth's .spec.vaultAuthGlobalRef from Helm values.

helm install ... \
        --set 'defaultAuthMethod.enabled=true' \
        --set 'defaultAuthMethod.vaultAuthGlobalRef.enabled=true' \
        --set 'defaultAuthMethod.vaultAuthGlobalRef.name=foo' \
        --set 'defaultAuthMethod.vaultAuthGlobalRef.namespace=baz' \
