Feature Request: OpenStack Barbican support for (un)sealing #11656

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Seems that every major cloud is supported for (un)sealing via its native KMS ( Azure, AWS, GCP, etc ), but there is no support for OpenStack.

Describe the solution you'd like Support OpenStack Barbican for (un)sealing as alternative to other major clouds.

Describe alternatives you've considered Vault Transit Unsealing, but its quite complex use case.

Explain any additional use-cases OpenStack can be selfhosted.

Hello, any news on this feature request ? We're using OpenTelekom KMS which is using OpenStack Barbican KMS under the hood. Thanks
