[object Object] error while creating a Service Principal in HCP Vault Secrets #22271

Describe the bug Hi, I'm using HCP Vault Secrets and testing it using this doc: https://developer.hashicorp.com/vault/tutorials/hcp-vault-secrets-get-started/hcp-vault-secrets-retrieve-secret But I cannot create a Service Principal at https://portal.cloud.hashicorp.com/access/service-principals/create?org_id=MY_ORG_ID&project_id=MY_PROJECT_ID

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://portal.cloud.hashicorp.com/access/service-principals/create?org_id=MY_ORG_ID&project_id=MY_PROJECT_ID

  2. Fill in the blanks.

  3. See error as given in the screenshot.

Expected behavior It should create the project-level Service Principal as described here: https://developer.hashicorp.com/hcp/docs/hcp/admin/iam/service-principals

Environment:

@DamianArado Apologies for our late reply. Are you still facing this issue? Do you have at least Contributor permissions on the Org or Project you are trying to create the Service Principal?

Have you met the quota of 5 Service Principals in your Org or Project?
