For postgres ts_diff and ds_diff are contained in schema.sql and in one of the upgrade sqls also #527

The ts_diff and ds_diff in ts_kv and ds_kv columns should go as alter table commands in upgrade script. Simply this means remove remove ts_diff and ds_diff from schema creation query in schema.sql(postgres) for ts_kv and ds_kv.
