Update the readme to pull a specific version of the UA-Java stack. #56

Currently the readme just has the user pull the latest snapshot from the UA-Java repo, however, this causes issues with breaking changes upstream. We need to make is so that the pom file is consistent with the readme version.

POM and documentation updated to reflect the 1.3.343 version of the UA stack. Done in commit 249ff4e
