Redmine service updated to serve an individualised website-aim description.

Centralized imprint has been implemented into new DHCR front end. However, information about third party code (Youtube, Google Captcha, FB & Twitter sharing buttons) need to be reviewed or amended. Tracking can be blocked by browser settings globally.
