You are not included the file logrotate_monit in monitrc file. How will monit pick the logrotate_monit and rotates the log files? If I try to add the logrotate_monit in monitrc file. It is throwing syntax error OS : RHEL7 Monit Version : 5.30.0

@shashank-gb Hi, the logrotate_monit file is used with logrotate, so you can include it under the /etc/logrotate.d directory to make it work. Does that work for you?

Sorry, it's my bad. I didn't know that logrotate is an third party s/w while rising the issue

Anyways, thank you
