profile vs events #37

Roma, We need a bit more difference between http://localhost/calendar/user/events/my and http://localhost/calendar/user/events/all. Maybe on http://localhost/calendar/user/events/my we could change the border around the panel to be panel-info while we keep panel-default on all events page?

We could slightly change the layout of these pages, for example. The right-hand widget (top venues) can be removed from the events/my page, because I think this filter is not necessary for this page. The whole left-hand sidebar can be removed from the events/all page. And we could show it up only on the events/my page. what do you think?

Ok lets get rid of right hand side and the location filter on user profile page. I closed #38.

I've changed template for the events/my and events/all pages (it's already on the server) Please have a look. If you do not like it, I'll roll the changes back

http://hashplans.com/user/events/my is ok, please also remove the location filter.

http://hashplans.com/user/events/all should be rolled back.

Please also note that top venues widget returns no results.
