Updating max runtime per task #364

86400 Seconds (Set in Hashcat Global Settings). Allow configuration per task.

Haschat option: --runtime can do this for you.

Recommendation: Checkbox + int or int.

if int === 0 use default or if checkbox and int > 0 use int
