Check a later version of wxPython

When deployed DiagramFrame.OnPaint events are not generated on dragging of shapes

Tried nightly wxpython build 4.1.1 4.1.1a1.dev5032+4402d875. 11-06-2020 build Problem still exists

Tried nightly wxpython build 4.1.1 4.1.1a1.dev5063+1d243a37 looks like fixed now; Should I do a release?

I upgrade to wxpython 4.1.1. this is fixed
