Fix Sequence Diagrams

Sequence Diagram generation has a couple of problems

• We need to make sure the correct UML Frame is selected in order to draw messages ✅
• Change message to ensure developer knows to click inside image for start and end of messages ✅
• Fix connection so we use OglPosition instead of tuples ✅
• Fix code since AnchorPoint.SetPosition() does not account for LineShape which has zero width and length ✅
• Change message line back to black ✅
