This turned out to be removing TODOs from where they were not needed;

Also found a couple of missing imports;
Added a little bit of code that I have always wanted; I always wanted to close the default project once a project was opened;
This led to fixing another TODO so that opening new untitled projects gets numbered
Moved the close untitled remove code closer to the actual responsible component
