Rationalize directories #503

lastdirectory = /Users/humberto.a.sanchez.ii/pyut-diagrams

We should only have something called diagramsDirectory; Will need to update the preferences UI; If nothing set, default to the HOME directory

Remove the command line 

--start_directory=

option
