Logo proposal for the haskell-actions organization.

This proposes a logo / profile picture for the haskell-actions organization based on the Thompson-Wheeler logo. It has a little lightning bolt to signify actions and to distinguish it from the plain logo for the haskell organization.

This should resolve https://github.com/haskell-actions/meta/issues/5.

@chungyc : I tried to set this as logo, but github wants something square, and you can only crop which would cut off parts of the lambda. Can you please submit a version that is quadratic or contains a quadratic region with the logo?
