Add fourmolu workflow #35

Resolves #33.

Adds fourmolu workflow using fourmolu/fourmolu-action fixed at version 0.8.2.0. Can also push the formatting changes as part of this PR if we're happy with the current fourmolu configuration.

Yes. This would be fantastic. The current configuration was chosen intentionally. I can't say with 100% confidence it will remain exactly as it is but it was chosen intentionally enough that eagerly reformatting files is the right way to go. If we need to do future configuration changes, we will reformat all of the source in those PR's as well.
