depend on new versions of distributed-process-X that now support distributed-process-0.7.3+
subsequent refactor
adjust some cabal file typos
comment out some dead code to get rid of -Wall warnings
stop building and testing package with nightly resolver and instead use whichever resolver is specified in the stack.yaml package.
