Hey @tibbe I'd appreciate if you can bump base also for ekg-core and ekg-statsd in hackage :)

Released versions of ekg-core don't work with 8.6, see https://github.com/tibbe/ekg-core/pull/28. I'll cut a new release sometime next week.

The same change was made in 10bf62ca9261e2173d97704e0d84e45ac8c46b5a. ekg* packages now fully support GHC 8.6.
