indexed-list-literals won't build with GHC 8.8.1 #241

I filed an issue about it roughly two weeks ago, and submitted a PR, both getting no response. As documented here, --allow-newer will have it build without issue. This is blocking GHC 8.8.1 support in at least one library (vector-sized).

I've made a hackage metadata revision to version 0.2.1.2 to allow building with GHC 8.8
