Added explanation on how to upload a revision. #266

It was apparently not clear enough for me to find out how to upload a revision, and this was horribly difficult to google, so after asking around I finally found out it was a link on the package's page. The revisions-information.md file was where I expected it to find, so I'll probably not be the only person looking for it.
