network-3.1.2.0 fails to build on GHC 7.8 and 7.10 #275

network-3.1.2.0, despite its lower bounds on base, does not build with GHC 7.8 or 7.10. This results in failing build plans, such as the one observed in this CI build:

Network/Socket/Posix/Cmsg.hsc:7:14:
    Unsupported extension: TypeApplications

An upstream issue has been filed here, but there has been no response thus far from the maintainers of network. In the meantime, this is actively causing me problems, so I propose that network-3.1.2.0 be revised on Hackage.

A network maintainer applied a revision on Hackage, so this is now resolved.
