Make links stand out from regular text #232

Currently the links on https://www.haskell.org/downloads are black with a very slight purple tint, making them hard to differentiate from regular text. This change lets you see what's clickable and what isn't.

It is a good point, but the proposed color is way too bright. I suggest the color we picked for hackage: #9E358F

Note that we'll have to regenerate the minified file as well (or just modify it directly if we're lazy).
