Host haddocks somewhere and update them on releases #19

The hackage server can be a bit flaky about building packages. If it has trouble building any of the opengl packages then we should host the haddocks somewhere else (github?) and link to them from the package description.

Is this still an issue? If not, we should probably close the bug.

Seems to be a non-issue and hackage2 is supposed to have a feature for uploading haddocks.
