Convert Unstructured GHC Diagnostics #162

A project idea involving GHC diagnostic messages. I've done a significant number of these conversions myself and am able to act as mentor.

This looks really awesome! My only suggestion would be to turn a bunch of things (e.g. HLS, haskell error index, ...) into markdown links so students can find about these things more easily

The project size is binary: either 175 or 350 hours, so I'll change this to 175 hours.
