This makes package properly compatible with Stackage LTS-13

@bergmark as a way to integrate into Stackage repo new curator snapshot check (implemented in https://github.com/commercialhaskell/stack/pull/4515 ) I'm going to add feed into skipped-tests because this change is not on Hackage yet.

I just added a revision so we shouldn't need to skip tests on stackage
