GHC 9.0 ships with an updated version of base (4.15.x), so servant-auth (and all related packages) will need to bump their upper bounds from 4.14.

I'm not sure what other changes may be necessary, but if I give this a shot I'll update the issue text accordingly.
This was fixed on master.
