Fix stack.yaml file #46

This PR brings the stack.yaml file up-to-date with the current cabal file. I also removed the stack.yaml files that were unfixable.

Resolves #45

The Travis CI script is autogenerated from the cabal file. I suppose I could make another issue to get stack-building in CI, but that seems superfluous.
