[feat] fix build with recent servant versions #87

I have not figured out what formatter you guys use; I have tried stylish-haskell, doesn't seem to be it...

@MangoIV As it happens I'm also looking into re-enabling the cookbooks in Servant CI. :)

the CI is green on my side; would probably be a good idea if we enabled it on this branch, as well.

@maksbotan @arianvp @jkarni any chance we could have a release of servant-quickcheck with this PR so that we can bring back Cookbooks in servant's CI?
