Request for maintainer rights #124

@chessai @andrewthad I have full maintainer rights here, but I don't have upload rights on Hackage. I just prepared 0.2.4.0, but I can't actually publish it. Could one of you please add me to the maintainer group? My Hackage username is OliverCharles.
