[ #128 ] Build instructions for the doc; xsl path for brew #154

README.md gives brief instructions how to build the documentation. There is a troubleshooting section helping if the DocBook XSL cannot be found by configure.

configure.ac: Added XSL location for homebrew-installed docbook.
