More 9.4.4 packages #11

Follow-up to #10. Adds 9.4.4 packages that were missing from the first go round. Once again I cannot build the entire thing likely due to #justnixthings, but I was able to build for around ~7 hours, so presumably that's a me-problem, not anything with the package set.

Methodology

I took everything from the latest snapshot, removed the packages that were explicitly omitted from the prior 9.2.3 snapshot, then removed a few that were added in 9.4.4 that we do not want (e.g. executables). For reference, the list of explicitly removed packages is here.

Thanks! I moved to an aarch64 machine, so cannot test it locally, because several packages in the snapshot are x86-only. Thus merging :)
