403 Forbidden when trying to upload package candidate #1318

When trying to upload a package candidate, both from the hackage GUI and with cabal upload I get a 403 Forbidden

The package candidate I'm trying to upload is for libmpd which has my hackage account (jade512) in the maintainers list.

https://hackage.haskell.org/user/jade512 is not approved to upload packages. You need to get two endorsements at https://hackage.haskell.org/user/jade512/endorse

I see, that should probably be mentioned with this error.
