Small compatibility update

I was having trouble building happy from the current state of the repository. These are the changes I needed to make:

• fix some of the problematic imports, in particular adding explicit import lists to Data.List imports to avoid name clashes,
• add local type signatures to match functions in Parser.Oracle, as I was getting type errors without them.
