website no longer links to docs #201

the website used to have a links to the following docs:

It would be nice to resurrect it.

So we link to the hackage haddocks which I'm fine with -- I suppose adding static links to the manuals would be nice as well...? @erantapaa what do you think?

I think the main problem is that our current web design doesn't really support auxiliary links like manuals and haddocks. I shoe-horned in the "Previous Releases" link into the download banner area, but I consider that a hack.

I'm open to ideas. Perhaps we see how other language sites handle the use cases: 1) user wants to download the latest distro for their OS; and 2) user wants to browse previous releases, related docs, etc.

You probably consider this a hack, but I'd be happy with static links on the https://www.haskell.org/platform/contents.html page to the three listed manuals in the text, with a new section maybe right above the "included packages" one?
