add favicon #2

Would be nice to have a favicon for the wiki, so I can easily spot wiki pages in my open tabs.

This is fixed. I added:

$wgFavicon = "wikistatic/favicon.ico";

to /etc/mediawiki/LocalSettings.php. The icon is located at /home/web/wikidata/wikistatic/favicon.ico.

Currently, I'm using the same purple icon used by haskell.org.
