avoid mixed content #4

Although the wiki uses https, Chrome warns about mixed content. Specifically, the following two items are not secure:

To clarify, this seems to only be a problem with the wiki home page. Other pages on the wiki are displayed with a lock in the URL bar.

Since this was an issue with a specific page on the wiki, I actually didn't need any special permissions to fix it. All I had to do was edit two templates which were instantiated by the main page:

... although those diffs won't show up until I fix diffs!
