Test GHC 8.8.3 in CI #73

... and use 8.6.5 instead of 8.6.1.

Sorry for the delay. I've been awfully busy lately. I've regenerated travis in 2e27394db5e303338e61af6f759f85e0b3813fba and added ghcjs & 8.10 as well
