Add a Generic instance for URIAuth. #43

URI already has one, URIAuth should as well.

Yes, we can take this.

The Travis build seems to be broken for other reasons. I will try to sort that out.

In this PR you're updating the version number, but it's better if you let me do that because I think we are going to release several changes at once, including something really significant, so we're going to go to 2.7.0.0.
