Fix #47: remove outdated tools #48

None of the listed tools works with Cabal >= 2.2. That's past the 5 year support window.

Closes #47.

That's not even on hackage.

True, but it works perfectly well and is extremely useful.

Yes, please go ahead. I don't know this tool (yet) so I cannot reasonably advertise it.

This doesn't stop this PR which removes things we definitely do not want to advertise.

I agree. @andreasabel has no stake in advertising a new tool in this PR. That can be proposed/discussed in another.
